Thief was punished by getting set afire. And when he manages to drag himself into the open sewage trench to put himself out, he is dragged out again, doused with gas, set afire and for good measure, gets a couple tires parked upon his flaming body. |

I have a hint that it could be Nigeria...having seen some sort of theses videos from there, burning alive thieves in the middle of the street while other people enjoy the "show" seems to be a very liked method of "unofficial" execution in this country.
