The dude could have neck and back injuries and should have been kept still and his neck and back stabilized. I understand getting him out of harms way, but once he was out of harms way he was thrown around like he was still on bull. Then again we are talking south of the boarder.
They don't care if he makes it or dies, just not in front of the crowd
