Either he has a REALLY strong neck, or is it possible he (1) didn't jump from that high, only tied it off at said point and jump from a lower level...(2) or did someone hang him. Jimmi5 has a really good point.
there is no way he jumped from that high and hung himself. your (1) scenario is the most likely, IMO
