I remember this story from when it originally happened! Of course the TV news back then only showed him pulling out the gun from the envelope and telling people to leave the room. I had long since forgotten about this incident until seeing it here on DR. And as soon as I started up the video, I was like "oh yeah! I remember this!" LOL. Anyway, glad to finally get the rest of the story

Looked like he picked up the gun bag quickly so the other guy wouldn't get his hands on it...just in case. Just like the shot was expedited. Could've been better aimed. "Lucky" he hit a major vessel.
