I remember seeing this live on television when I was around 12 or so. Being from PA (in fact only maybe 5 miles from where the press conference was being held on live tv) my parents were watching the press conference live on our local news channel. When he pulled the gun out of the envelope my mother screamed and then I started watching just before he shot himself. It was one hell of a shock! I loved it!   |
