In Mexico the IMSS Hospital (Mexican Institute of Social Security) will take care of all the expenses and Medical Specialists needed as well as medicine, it covers everything but you'll be asked to get people to donate blood, to replenish their blood bank (any blood types).

An internet search let me find that the victim suffered a brain hemorrhage and was in a comma, she spent 27 day at the hospital and was released to go back to her home.
