At first I wasn't going to watch the beheadings, and my comment right before this one was just after watching the head shots. Curiosity got the better of me though, and I finally watched the beheadings. I've never seen beheadings where the executioners held the victims head by pushing into their eye sockets.

Just a guess here, but 2 of the victims had no hair to grab, so they had to secure their heads somehow as they're cutting.

As gross as it is, the shotgun executions are as close to "merciful" as Daesh gets. Though they were most likely all tortured for a long time during their captivity. We've been bombing them for two years straight and still the scum are entrenched in Raqqa and Mosul.
