I will say, this footage is probably advancing our understanding of the effects of ammo on certain parts of the body.

Everybody thinks they will fight to the end, that no way would they just sit there. What you fail to realize is that they have likely promised to not kill their loved ones if they co-operate. Sometimes they stage multiple fake executions to get the guys complacent about it, thinking it is just another mock drill. Sometimes they flat-out lie to them. Look at the ISIS video killing the guy with a tank. He looks actually looks at them in disbelief and tries to hop away once he realizes that the tank isn't stopping like he was expecting
