Your first one? I can recall this reaction from years ago. You can get used to it. I still don‘t know why i watch them but i have to. Makes me understand the world better. Because i also know how it is in the very dark corners... this effect calms me in general. So i see a profit. If i witnessed it for real i would totally go crazy for sure. Why do you watch it?
PS: you can watch even the hardest ones when you close one eye. You can choose which half of the brain is the stronger. This also works in cinema, if you want to hide tears ;-)
