If I was to get beheaded I would like for him to do it very nice and no hacking.I am sure letting that blood flow for a few seconds takes the pain and fright away.
Its the Halal way to slaughter animals; letting the blood flow, quick loss of consciousness, and seeing how these guys see their targets as less than human, to them its probably no different than slaughtering a lamb or any other farmyard animal.
