Having seen firsthand many victims of tbi, there is no way that he recovered from that! Getting past the shock of the brutality of the beating, a person like myself cannot help seeing this as a clinical learning lesson.

Never have I seen an actual instance where a person goes from normal, then to decorticate, then finally on to decerebrate... A rare find!

I would be amazed if he were still alive.

Found this from another site. He did not die but may have permanent damage to his vision. Apparently, this attack was motivated by jealousy. The victim was dating the perpetrator's ex.
