Cyclist killed by hit-and-run vehicle on La Paz-Valledupar road. The victim's body was left completely dismembered on the road and has not been identified.

I think his male parts are laying across the back side of the detached leg. Easier to notice in the video. Somehow that makes it more disturbing. Or I just notice phallic shapes in everything.  |
