She moved her legs, thus spinal cord remained intact! I doubt she even damaged any vertebrae...the neck/spine is quite flexible! However, muscle/tendon damage to her neck (i.e. "whiplash") most certainly! Also, her ribcage may have been injured, and more than likely concussed....
Yeah no, lots of weird stuff happens post spinal cord injury. Most of the time it's extensor related but not always...

When she leaned the first time it was bad enough, but to lean as far as she eventually did! Miracle the ladder put up with it for that long to be honest.

You'd not expect to get killed falling from that height, except in the unlikely event that you shit-whip a counter-top on your way down.
