Wish my country adopted that behaviour instead of using tax payers dollars , about 120,000 a year per inmate. Bullet in the head right after court...good enough for me

Since Brazil has won the rights to host the next Summer Olympics and, I think the World Cup too, the Police have been given Carte Blanche to clean up their cities in ANY way possible. Seems fine by me.
