A 39-year-old woman, Claudete G.d.S., was at a bar when she was attacked and stabbed multiple times by her partner, 41-year-old Jeferson B.d.O.

Witnesses tried to help her, but she succumbed to her injuries and died at the scene. Jeferson was located walking along the highway and was arrested.

Residents told police that Claudete had been assaulted by her partner during an argument prior to the killing. According to reports, the dispute was allegedly over money for the possible purchase of narcotics.
