According to the Civil Police, residents reported a vehicle dropping a volume and driving away on Tuesday morning.

A human head was found late Tuesday morning in the Santa Tereza neighborhood, south zone of Porto Alegre.

According to the Civil Police, residents reported a vehicle passing by the site. From inside the car, someone dropped a package on the sidewalk and drove away between 10am and 10:30am.

Around 11:30am, a team from the General Forensics Institute (IGP) collected a man's head. The case is investigated by the 6th Homicide and Personal Protection Police Station (DHPP). The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
