Now, who's the dumbass here: the dude who risks his life to steal a phone OR the dude who is probably going to go to prison now for killing someone who stole his phone?

I mean yeah, its heroic that he recovered his stolen property, and I don't know anything about Brazilian law, but here in the States you'd go to prison for using deadly force against someone who isn't threatening your personal safety.

There can't possibly be ANYTHING on that phone worth killing someone over......unless the dude had either kiddie porn or videos of his murder victims on it. He sure took after it shrieking his head off like a bat out of hell.

It's not that something incriminating was on his phone, it was because he had been on hold with the cable company for 45 minutes. And just when they answered, this guy comes riding by and nabs his phone. I would have shot him, too. I like how he didn't even give a second look at the punk he just greased.
