Brazilian Man Stabbed in the Neck Outside Nightclub
A 27-year-old man, L.R.M., died after being stabbed in the neck with a knife in front of a nightclub in Goiânia, Goiás state.

L. had gone to the nightclub with two friends when he was involved in a fight with four other men, who brutally attacked him. While the four men left the club peacefully, L. was forcibly removed by a security guard. Shortly afterwards, L. was surprised by the attackers and received a fatal blow to the neck.

While on the ground, L. received several kicks to the head. When paramedics arrived, L. had already expired.

Police have arrested four men for their involvement in the murder, and a further one for helping hide the suspects in his house. According to one of the suspects, he had been threatened by L. during their argument in the nightclub. At least two of the suspects are known in the region for drug trafficking.
