Huh, that was different. He could've almost been just sitting there barely nodding off, head hardly even slumped forward. I suspect small caliber, not even a splash or impact reaction. I've heard .22s are a good assassination round, because they can tend to bounce around inside the skull. I suspect his partner was just SUPER drunk/high, too much so to even be afraid... or anything else.
