According to reports, the victim was at a bar playing dominoes when he was surprised by a man with a machete. The victim tried to escape but was caught and ultimately decapitated with multiple machete strikes. The motive for the crime is unknown. The suspect was arrested and taken to the police station.

I never knew that playing dominoes at a bar was a capital offense but it does kinda make sense when you think about it.
