Like that one video of the snazzy Africans stabbing up some dudes at their digs. The guy practically folds the right over cutting into his side, so he pulls it out and straightens it back out by squeezing it between his foot and the victim--who's still breathing, waiting to have his nards and eyes plucked, and get rolled into the pit. Not a knife though actually--some scrap metal, alluminum siding or something like that.
