Brazilian Gospel Singer Dies During Performance
Gospel singer P.H., 30, died after falling ill while performing on Wednesday night (13), at a worship service, in the city of Feira de Santana, Bahia state, Brazil. According to information, the victim traveled from São Paulo to perform at a private religious party. Friends from the band's production team attempted to save him and took him to a polyclinic, but P. was confirmed dead. According to his record label, the cause of death was a massive heart attack. |

It's nice God called him home. I kept thinking it would be nice if that happened to Jimmy Falwell when he was pumping his supporters for donations while claiming that if they didn't pay up, God was going to "call him home" back years ago. What better evidence could there be than a sudden stroke of lightning and a thunderbolt to convey God's message? He would have gotten MUCH bigger donations if God had done that, rather than letting him weep and prattle on without anything happening. I think even Mike Royko commented at the time, that it would be God's best option!  |
