Not necessarily drugged. Many times people who experience these types of traumas will luckily never know what happened. Their brain will release chemicals (seretonin melatonin dopamine and etcetera) that will induce a coma. It's our bodies way to protect it self from experiencing the pain. When the brain releases the chemicals all body function slows. Which explains the low BP. I really hope this is what happened to her. Bless her heart she doesn't look a day over 18.
