Yeah, but I'm pretty sure their police don't even understand 'contamination' of a crime scene. Or, atleast the public don't. I remember recently reading about how there was a serial killer on the loose in mexico. The mexican police tried to say that there are no serial killers in Mexico, just America. They said the serial killers are an 'American phenomenon', and therefore had no concept of serial killer 'profiling' which is a widely used technique in ANY modern country. The Americans ended up having to train the Mexican police on serial killers and how to properly profile them. It's sad how far behind some countries are in 2012. |
