i can offer a bit of backstory on this actually, the dude being killed is known as "PL" from the Comando Vermelho gang. this happened after a failed invasion of morro do machado in belford roxo area of rio de janeiro, the guys they were invading (the TCP or terceiro comando puro) broke into the invaders territory and kidnapped the guy who was in charge of operations in the hill and what you're seeing there is what happened to him.
