A man and a woman were shot dead in the rural area of the municipality of Itapissuma, on the morning of Wednesday (5). According to reports, the two victims were dragged and shot several times during the early hours of the morning.

Preliminarily, it is thought the deceased is 28-year-old ex-convict Alex B.S.d.S., nicknamed 'Baixote' ('Short'), and his 27-year-old partner, Maria L.S.d.S., who had been kidnapped from a condo in João Pessoa, Paraíba, by criminals posing as police officers.
