~ Looks like the rain erased most of the circumstantial evidence, except for a few scattered pieces of brain matter, & lots of discarded empty shells (could signify he was targeted/regarded as being too much of a dud/blank) ~ I deduce a high speed hit & run; Usual unassuming walking down middle of the street, neck/head hit the pole causing decapitation. ~ Some missing details |
