Brazil - Young Man Shot Dead in the Street
On the night of 23rd September 2019 in Jacareí (Brazil), 23 year old D.A.H. was shot dead. 'D' had a criminal record for drug trafficking + murder.

Autopsy. To determine the cause of death, as if all the little holes everywhere didn't give the authorities (a term used loosely when referencing Brazil) enough to go on.

It is mandatory by law to carry out an autopsy when a violent death is involved. It is stupid but laws always are, it is just like when you shoot someone in self defense and YOU KNOW FOR A FACT the perp is dead, you better provide first aid and CPR anyway or you'd be fu**ed.  |
