Brazil - Young Man Decapitated
On 31st July 2022 in the Colônia Antônio Aleixo neighbourhood (Brazil), 19 year old S.M. went missing.

The teenager had been on his way to visit his mother when he was kidnapped. A couple of days later, a video began circulating on social media, showing him being decapitated.

The culprits stated that they will send the boy's head to his mother as a gift. His body still hasn't been found.

UPDATE


On the morning of 4th August, 7 men were arrested.

The men were all arrested in the same place, a house in the Colônia Antônio Aleixo neighborhood. “At the scene, we were able to find the equipment, including the weapons that appear in the video of the elements and also two simulacra that appear in the situation”, reported the commander of the operation.

The boat used by the criminals and which appears in the recording was also located and seized. “We have another team there on the river, to apprehend the boat involved in the homicide, which has already been located by the teams and apprehended by the Civil Police to be examined.”

The victim's body was found in Praça Paulo Jacob, scattered around the place. The head was exposed in a plastic bag along with other body parts and the torso was wrapped in a tarp. Part of the victim's leg, the thigh, was wrapped in a sheet.
