They seem to be passerby's. I don't know Portuguese, but it's similar enough to Spanish that I made out "Don't sleep, the ambulance is almost here, don't sleep," and "wait, hang in there." In the last clip I could only understand the cameraman calling her "girl."

^^The girls rarely do any of the shooting. They're usually just along for the ride, trying to fit in with the regional "cool guys".  Yes she's above the age of 18 but had she made better choices in life she could have lived another 60 years and someday had grandkids. |
