I couldn't agree more. Any time you are about to cross an opposite oncoming lane you have to give the right of way. The auto didn't. In America the driver of the car would be in serious trouble. There is no way they didn't have the opportunity to see the oncoming motorcycle. It didn't look to me like the motorcycle was being driven too fast.
