~ Being mentally ill, & nothing worked, it had to be suicide. The closest thing that I can figure is that she ran into the road, at the darkest of night, got hit by a car, and got her head decapitated as she hit one of the metal rails. Whoever hit her, respectfully put her head on the tree, & left.   |

Update in the main post. The woman's son was the target, she was killed out of revenge. When her son found out that she had been murdered, he hanged himself.
