Her right lower leg has tire marks plus the way the wound looks and weird overly swollen hips makes me think her leg got ran over upon falling from swiping the truck and the pressure blew out her thigh/inner leg/groin. Maybe why the pad was in the spot it's in, if that's in fact what it is. Hard not to laugh/cringe while picturing the pad being blown out her pants from her vag exploding quite literally

I think people in South America and other countries see a motor scooter/cycle as an affordable means to get from point "A" to point "B". They don't really understand how to handle them, especially in an emergency. And they don't realize they can also be their doom.

Not the first time it's happened I'm sure, but I think this is the first time I've personally seen a shoe stay on during a motorbike accident. Only one shoe, but it's a start.
