Yup; in places like Africa where they still belive in things like magic and spells albinos are hunted for their body parts used in money spells(white or light skin brings good fortune which is why all the white people have money in their eyes). Obviously not all people in Africa belive in such superstition, but it’s all too common nonetheless.
