Brazil: Two Motorbikers Killed After Collision With Truck
Two motorcyclists died this past Saturday afternoon, the 6th, after a collision with a trailer on the BR-101, in Balneário Camboriú. The victims were identified as A.R. and J.J.d.S. The motorcycle with Itapema plates, driven by 'A', collided with the back of a tractor trailer, with Rio Negrinho plates. With the impact, he was thrown into the opposite lane and a vehicle ran over him, killing him instantly. The other motorcycle, driven by 'J', ended up colliding with 'A's motorcycle, which had overturned on the highway. He was rescued by Military Police helicopter and was taken to Marieta Hospital. However, he couldn't resist the injuries and died. The driver of the truck was not injured. |

The wrecked motorcycles and dead bodies were bad enough but the traffic jam was horrifying.
