I always feel sad for the theives that get caught in these countries. In most cases, theives are simply stealing food, or items that can be traded for food. They are just trying to survive because there are no other options for them. It's not like in Canada, when a gang member steals something like a car or a stereo etc, because in those situations, the gang member is looking for a free ride and doesn't want to get a job. In poverty stricken countries, a lot of the theives are willing to work, but there are no opportunities to work. sad.

Thats got to be the ideal place to whip someone.. on a pole.. I seen some videos where a dude is wrapped around a pole, gets his hands held by two other dudes, while being beaten by a third dude.. I seen another, where a dude was tied around the pole and was just doing circles around it to avoid the barrage of people hitting him with cords and sticks... FTS |
