I think the girl got shot too. After the dude in black caps the biker, the girl stands up and runs into her boyfriend’s arms. If you look at the ground by her feet, you’ll see the drops of blood she was leaking...

Okay, I’ve watched this 20 times... the first shot, from the dude in black, hits the biker’s gun. It appears that a ricochet or bullet fragment hit the girl in the face. Collateral damage.
