Brazil - Teenager Dead After Her Ex Shot Her + Her Family
On the morning of 29th January 2021 in Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil), V.R.D.S. was murdered. 'V' had recently ended her relationship with her husband + had asked him to come round to her home so they could talk about splitting their assets. Though instead of talking, the man shot her. He then turned his gun on the girl's parents + 3 year old niece. 'V' + her family were taken to the hospital, but the young lady passed away from her injuries. Her mother, 55 year old M.L.R., stated that after being shot, 'V' had said 'don't do this to me, no', then he shot her again.

What a fkn nightmare, to be there and hear your own child beg for their life. And you can’t even do anything to protect them in that moment. Horrific. The only way DV will end is when parents/guardians raise their children to respect(themselves/their partner), accept (downfalls of relationships, part of life, it happens), move on(because it’s not the fkn end of the world to end a relationship incl marriage). |
