The suspect wore an electronic ankle bracelet and let the equipment completely discharge before the crime. The suspect is 19 years old and a homemade firearm and the clothes he wore during the criminal action were found with him. According to PCCE, he has a criminal record for robbery and vehicle theft. "As a teenager, he committed criminal acts similar to the crimes of receiving possession, illicit drug trafficking and damage," the ministry said. Security forces are still trying to find the victim's motorcycle. |
