Perfect demonstration on how stopping power of a weapon and/or good aim are important. Bad guy kept firing after he got hit. It's ideal to have the perpetrator completely incapacitated and sent to kingdom come on the first shot. I don't think that gun (or its ammo) the retired cop used when particularly effective when you have to pump 5-7 shots into the asshole to bring him down, or maybe his aim was off and he wasn't hitting the right vitals immediately. Cop looked like he caught some return fire He should switch to explosive tip bullets next time
