I trash south american cops a bit too much for being from the Mack Sennett silent comedy studio of law enforcement, but one thing I do admire about them is they certainly don't rush to get critically injured or dying bad guys to the ER. They either stand around to watch them die or they taunt them with things like, "Look at you! You just got ur balls shot off! You're a woman now!"  I think the reason the guy is moaning like this is because of a head injury from that nice head shot. I've seen very similar moaning in car crash victims who went through the windshield. If he survives, I think his new nickname on the streets will be El Slow  |
