A fight in which an off duty policeman shot a man in the head may have been caused by jealousy, says friend of victim,
“My brother and I were drinking beer when Giba, my childhood friend, arrived. Everyone was drinking even with the bar closed. There was a girl friend of Giba's who was with these police officers. She went to greet Giba and this may have caused jealousy in the military policeman who arrived slapping him. It was the policeman who started it," the security manager told TV Vanguarda.
Police officers who were in a bar started a fight, according to M.M., who is a friend of the victim and was also shot in the shoulder. G.O.d.S was hospitalized in serious condition after being shot in the head. Case occurred in the early hours of this Friday (28) in São Sebastião.
The police officers involved were arrested.
The PM who shot, 31, was intoxicated and confessed to the crime. The policeman who kicked the victim to the ground also remained in detention.
