Brazil - Man's Head Crushed Under Lorry Wheel
On 22nd April 2022 in Recife (Brazil), C.I. lost his life. He had waited so long to get a motorbike + had just finally managed to buy one. On his way home from picking it up, he crashed + ended up under the wheels of a lorry.

Re: Brazil - Man's Head Crushed Under Lorry Wheel
Maybe Docfr8 or Ride can attest to this: Unlucky motorcyclists usually have two accidents; the first because they DON'T KNOW what they're doing, and the second because they THINK they know what they're doing. They usually don't walk away from the second, but in this case, the guy didn't get a chance to have that second accident. |

Re: Brazil - Man's Head Crushed Under Lorry Wheel
Don't really know all the variables in this scenario... I can't tell if this guy was a new rider or seasoned vet... I know guys who have been riding for decades and are super experienced riding still getting fucked up because of someone else's mistake/s.. Some take risk assessment to another level and take the wrong risk and paying for in death. |

Re: Brazil - Man's Head Crushed Under Lorry Wheel
I won't lie. In the decades I have ridden and been in a group of riders, well, let's just say I'm getting sick of funerals and some of them were, yes, due to them 'thinking' that they knew what they were doing. |
