Brazil - Man Shot Dead in Front of His Son
On the afternoon of 8th July 2019 in the Santa Etelvina neighbourhood (Brazil), 24 year old F.R.M. was murdered. 'F', a semi-open regime prisoner, was in the street with his 4 year old son when a red car approached him. The 2 occupants got out of the car + started firing their guns. The gunmen fled the scene + 'F's family + neighbours put him in a car + rushed him to the hospital. He was dead on arrival.       *Skip to 1m40s for the shooting.

His son is better off without an inattentive "father" who lets toddlers walk by themselves across busy streets and who instantly runs for the hills when threatened rather than protect his child. He didn't even give the kid a second thought, just pulled a half-ass Speedy Gonzales, andale, arriba, arriba. Fuck him.

Or he noticed the threat and ran away from son to draw gunfire away from said child.... But being inattentive sure but we also don’t have situational context to understand that specific scenario.   |

I’d agree. Even though he may not have been thinking it, if he had stayed put his kid may have well been shot up too. Those guys started firing immediately, despite the kid being right there, so I highly doubt they would have cared if they killed him as well
