Brazil - Man Shot Dead by Civil Officer
On the afternoon of 11th October 2020 in Barbalha (Brazil), 34 year old J.C.D.D.S. was shot dead. The police state that 'J' was "responding to a police inquiry for contempt" + the shot was fired by "the Civil Police inspector at the Civil Police Station in the city of Horizonte".
