Looking at it slow, it looks like they each reach out to grab the other guy at the same time. It would be hard to prove self defense. He had gone there to confront the guy, and he had his gun out before they actually started fighting… He wasn’t in imminent danger. He actually created the situation, so actually the other guy was in imminent danger! Too bad he didn’t carry too! |
