I think it takes some serious intention to off yourself. Sure there are those so full of internal hatred of everything that they just do it. On the other hand there are those filled with sadness more than hate and don’t feel like there’s anyway out of their situation so they choose death over life but still want to live. It takes some mental juggling to get through it..
