On the night of 5th August 2022 in the Boa Viagem neighbourhood (Brazil), 39 year old J.C.d.S.F. was murdered.

2 men on a motorbike arrived at the bar + opened fire at 'J'. He died at the scene after being shot 8 times. 2 women, aged 27 + 44, were wounded + taken to the hospital for treatment.

Bet some (drugs) money was involved. I read this happened at a gas station bar. Now that's something new.

Update: in 2018, he was arrested along with Ronaldo Luiz Coutinho de Souza, called Ronaldinho. At the time, the Civil Police carried out Operation Brucutu, which arrested four men and a woman on suspicion of stealing an armored car.

The actions were known as "arriadinha", in which criminals take money from armored vehicles without the use of explosives. The victim was one of the prisoners. He, along with Ronaldo, was appointed leader of the gang responsible for at least four robberies.

He was arrested in a luxury apartment valued at more than R$2 million, on Avenida Boa Viagem, one of the noblest areas of Recife.

At least three other such crimes were attributed to them. According to investigations, he and Ronaldinho worked together, for almost 20 years, in several attacks, and they have extensive police records for robberies and homicides.

No real loss for society.
