Here’s an idea:

- cleanup all the random rocks & debris
- cleanup the junkpiles
- clean the windows
- clean the walls
- put your clotheslines behind the house

Especially since everyone there has so much spare time, and few people there work.
This will never happen in Brazil and other underdeveloped countries where people are very lazy.
