He did but he missed, she got more balls then 90% of people. A lot of shooter could get fucked if they got swarmed by people but people just flee like headless chickens usually even if the shooter is one knock out punch away.

The killer are trained and paid to kill only their assigned target. Actually, in Brazil, ever heard of people riding a stollen scooter or bike or car and anyhow shoot people walking on the street like what happened in America?
